All of the staff were very helpful in answering any questions, and if you arrive before check-in time you can leave your luggage with them in the meantime. The property itself had all the amenities I needed, and the rooms, bathrooms, and common area were all cleaned frequently. The location is amazing, as it is right by 台北車站/Taipei Main Station and a quick walk to 西門町/Ximending! I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable stay in a good location!

I absolutely loved my stay at Bouti City Capsule Inn. This is my second time staying in a capsule hotel in Taipei and this capsule hotel is incredibly clean and convenient! There's also private rooms if you book for 2 people. The shared area is well kept and the coolest part is that when you entire the establishment, there is a bar!

Pros - convenient location - kitchen - large bed Cons: - could not connect to WiFi in my room, when I informed front desk he told me this is because I was connected to the main floor WiFi however this was not the case. The WiFi did not allow me to connect period. - rude front desk staff - the number of washrooms is not sufficient for the number of people they have on each floor - washrooms are dirty - elevator takes forever to arrive, I ended up taking the stairs more often than taking the elevator

I had a very relax 6 nights stay in Bouti and I wish I will have a chance back to this hostel again next year during Sakura blossom season. I like it because of the comfy bed, and provide privacy too. Reception staffs are kind, helpful and they greet everyone warmly every time. I would like to say thanks to all of you. :) Reading corner at level 2 is a place I love the most, enjoy sketching, seeing the night view of Taipei traffic, reading and listening to the music, etc. It's indeed a very relaxing home away from home.
