部分工作人員對應熱誠，部分工作人員對應與之相對起來只能說非常普通。 整體環境來說是安靜的。 進到客房時發現跟官方網站照片比起來陳舊許多（說實在傻眼心情是有的） 牆面部分斑駁跟部分角落有霉菌也許客房清潔部分可以做的更落實一點 期許貴公司可以考慮小補修牆面。 另外最重要的是床單部分，（也許是個人體質/也許可以當個個案處理） 碰到床單是最後皮膚發癢 甚至半夜還有被蚊蟲叮咬痕跡 ，盼貴公司可以考慮check房間整體狀況。

空間很大，離逢甲夜市也不遠

The bathroom water is leaking, the water pressure at the tap is not strong, bed is ok, not too firm or soft. The room is not soundproof, can hear the neighbors talking and walking in the corridor.

酒店隔音很差，鄰房說話聲音都聽到，入住當晚，鄰房半夜1時洗澡，正在睡覺中，被鄰房很大聲的水管聲吵醒，整晚都不能安睡。

Noisy and i can hear the guests shower / screaming next door. I called the front desk die to nose at late night. And no improvement made. Noisy still even 3 am

Everything was excellent....great staff great location cleanliness I could stay there forever

房間熱水出水量非常非常小，反映過後，很迅速的幫忙修理，但是水量還是非常小！ 得到的回應是 目前水量只能那麼小了… （冷水水量非常大，但是大冷天的誰會想洗冷水澡？） 熱水出水量基本等於沒出水吧 靠牆面的床位牆壁也髒髒的 廁所也一股難聞的味道 整體感受不是很好 半夜小孩哭鬧的聲音也非常大 隔音超級差 2間房7000多塊，非常不值得住 下次不會再選擇了。

Overall pleasant stay, room is clean and well maintained . The mattress is abit soft for me. Night shift counter staff more helpful and friendly. Hotel location to Fengjia night market about 15 mins walk and is quite quiet to walk alone.

Property is fairly decent but tiny. Parking garage is extremely small, could definitely use some upgrades. Room and beds are just ok.

Very modern,unique hotel.Brand new...hotel is 10 min walk to fengjia market....will be better option to provide a shuttle to the market at certain hours

Needed 20mins walk to fengjia night market.. since we're driving, not an issue. Just that their basement carpark is pretty small, but more secure. They seemed to have another carpark for bigger vehicle. Breakfast variety is limited, only 2 types, but taste wise, they are still not bad.

I fell in love with the hotel. The lobby design was beautiful and the staff were helpful and friendly. Really love the room, extremely spacious and clean. Bed were comfortable and the tv can be adjusted accordingly to your preference. The toilet is so equipped with the heated seat, auto flush, water for washing and even dryer to blow dry after your business. Since it’s rainy season, there were plenty of umbrella available for use! The only “bad” thing about this hotel is that it is a 10-15mins walking distance from fengjia night market (which wasn’t an issue to me, i get to explore and see more place while walking to the hotel) Overall, the whole hotel experience make the walking distance all worth it. Definitely coming back to stay again!

The attitude of the front counter is poor. The breakfast is poor in terms of quality. The connection of internet is very poor. The hotel is not so near to Fengjia Night Market as what it claims in the review. Good for those business travelers but no good for holidays-makers.

Definitely would recommend friends to stay but not going to come back. It has a interesting design language in the room but if u are driving there, please take note that to gain acess to the carpark, you have to drive ur car into a cargo lift( which is very hard to maneuver ) and it will take u to the basement to park. Once thereit is also a very small space give to park your car. Just for comparison, I was driving a Toyota VIOS which is considered a relatively compact car already so just a heads up.

- Room too small, can’t even put 2 big luggage. - Toilet too small, don’t have space to hang clothes. - Room don’t have wardrobe to hand clothes. - The size and shape of the room is in a odd shape. - Staff not friendly, when ask them questions, they don’t seem to want to answer you much. - Fengjia night market is about 15 mins walk which I find it too far but lucky thing, hotel provide free shuttle bus service to fetch you to and fro the hotel but last service at 9.35pm. - breakfast was very simple and good, for the 3 days we have different food. - This hotel a bit funny, the room number that we stay is not stated on the wall, not sure why. So I take a look at other level, is the same, as long as you stay at room 100, you can’t find the direction from the wall.

The first room we stayed in could be described as “quite horrible” - it looks totally different from the pictures posted on the internet. Both the room and the bathroom are dark and the ceiling of the bathroom is not paneled. What made us appalled was that whenever other occupants living upstairs or besides us flushed their toilets, there’s a loud banging noise, which woke us up from sleep. We could also hear a loud dripping noise whenever other occupants turned on their faucets. We had to ask for an upgraded room by paying an extra of NT2880 for three nights. We appreciated the discount offered by the manger and the upgraded room was much cleaner and brighter; however, we think the room should be revamped or the price should be reduced to a more reasonable level. After all, we paid about NT3400 for a night.

Hotel is ok but the location is too far from everything Except it close to the night market

Design elements are interesting but not functional in the room. For examples, shampoo, shower gel and bath towels are placed below the TV rather than close to the shower section, the TV is on side of the bed rather than in front of the bed! Also, there is a big gap between the window and the window blind, sunlight woke me up early morning. So I requested to move to another room for the second night.
