conveniently located near a shopping and art district, great for morning walk along the port, near a performance theater, room is clean and service persons are friendly and helpful. We had a very nice stay, Highly recommended!!

Hotel was in a great location. Front desk was efficient & polite, they do not accommodate requests to upgrade (upon availability) unless we were willing to pay the difference. We decided to pass on a harbour view because we would be out most of the time. However, we did not realize we would have a room of the inner courtyard...and other rooms; this meant we could never have the curtains open in our room. Other rooms could easily see into our room...like we could see into theirs, and we saw things we wished we hadn't seen. Housekeeping was great, attentive. Our only complaint was difficulty operating the thermostat in the room.

I am not sure if it’s because it was an event in kao that weekend but it was second floor room and no upgraded. The discount offered for food and beverage only works for the hotpot restaurant so if you don’t use that option is like no discount. I thought it could be used for all the food and beverage options so it was disappointed. Compared from few years ago that I stayed (the hotel next door but breakfast was on same place) breakfast was notably poor options available compared from before….the locations is good and the room is spacious but not sure if I would stay again…

It has a very bizarre room layout. The shower is near the window at the end of the room, so the room has no window. Breakfast was very crowded with no table to sit at, and much of the food was finished.

I'd stay at this hotel over and over again. First of all - the location is the best. It's right by the Love River and by the train stop. I'd say it's also in the art district where you can view some nice piece of arts . The entire area is an old industrial one, made up of old industrial buildings. But that it's entire charm. You can also cross the bridge which is right across and get to the other side of the river. The hotel was a great choice. I read mixed reviews, however the negative ones were not relevant. I am so happy I chose it. The room was big and clean . They come to clean the room daily , they ring the door before , however, you have an option to press a button if you don't want to be disturbed. Although the bathroom has no door that separates it from the hallway, there is a glass door at the toilet and the shower. They also provide toiletries and house slippers. The room was quiet and very clean. They had coffee and tea complimentary , as well as free breakfast. There were many choices, just be mindful that the breakfast ends at 9.30.
