Very comfortable beds. Strong hot shower. Walking distance to Taoyuan HSR station with an outlet mall and IKEA. Very good breakfast buffet included. Highly recommended.

Perfect room size, awesome amenities, and very kids friendly. There is a shuttle bus to and from the station. It's in the same building as Xpark and very near to Factory outlet.

It was such a lovely stay. The moment we checked in to our room, a baby cot and baby bath tub was already provided. Hotel was conveniently located near Gloria Outlet Mall and XPark. Great place to stay esp if you have kids

We enjoyed the games at the bar and the drinks too. Hotel staff are helpful and patient. Our room toilet bowl is a bit faulty after a few usages. Other than that we love the location and the facilities of the hotel.

Cozzi’s room was well appointed and very convenient access to the high speed rail via the Gloria outlet mall. Furthermore we asked for late checkout and the were able to accommodate which allowed us to stay a few more hours before catching the high speed rail.
