Dream House

The room was entirely different from the picture shown. The hotel representative shifted the blame to us and claimed that we misunderstood as we had booked a room for 3 pax ( window room but the window was sealed and blocked) when the pic shown was a room for 4. However, he agreed to upgrade us for a day and subsequently downgrade us to a no window room the next day. We believed the beds were filthy as we had many bites and rashes after the first night. He was dismissive of the situation when mentioned to him. In the middle of the 2nd night, at 1 am, I received a text saying that there will be no water for the next day and the only compensation they provided was a 5 l bottle of mineral water for 3 pax to wash up the next morning. After 2 nights of super inconvenience, the hotel did not even apologise, much less compensate. Travellers with bulky luggage will find the hotel very inconvenient as there is no lift. The rooms are tiny with little to no space to move about, ( we need to climb on the beds to move from one corner to the other) definitely not recommended to people with claustrophobia. The accommodation is the worst we have seen with the worst attitude. I was standing at the doorway when I took the photo...it's that small!

This is not really a hotel, more of a room in a big apartment. No common area. However, its very affordable, assessible to the railway station and night market. The only downside is the rooms are not sound proof at all. If the next room have loud sound or noise, u will hear it. Something to take note of.

冬天被子太薄會冷，房子沒做好隔間，一直有冷風灌進來，停車有點不方便，唯一好的是地點，生活機能好便利

價格便宜 老闆親切 該有的盥洗用品都有 但缺少棉花棒 由於隔間是木板所以需要附近住客共同保持安靜 怕吵的就可以多加考慮 機車可以直接停火車站附近停車場一小時10一天最多30

洗澡竟然沒有熱水 房內也沒瓶裝水 沒小夜燈

房間非常乾淨 擺設簡單 設備齊全 隔音稍受限 但基本上入住者均會保持輕聲 部份帶小孩出遊者的嘈雜與否 是視該入住者本身控制性的問題 整體感覺很好 民宿老板也很客氣

便宜又方便超近不怕餓到的住宿

整體而言乾乾淨淨，背包客棧的價錢但隱私性比背包客棧好很多。水壓也還可以但水溫調整比較不容易。有些人提到隔音問題，但我們入住的時候可能剛好隔壁媒人所以還好。 比較要注意的是只有提供紙毛巾，建議還是要自備毛巾會比較方便。

整體環境都滿好的，裝潢簡約整潔，CP值高

這是一家民宿，靠近羅東夜市約5分鐘，隱藏在民居內，請致電民宿主人以取得鎖匙，整體衛生. 但隔音比較差，每個人講話 / 步行 / 開門關門都會聽到，清晨比較吵。 注意：找不到緊急逃生的備用通道，看來只有一個出入口。房間內沒有窗戶。

價格親民，房間整潔舒適 小缺點是隔音不太好，會聽到其他房客說話的聲音
