Very friendly and comfortable place to stay, there make you feel like home

The property is at a convenient location not far from the train station. The whole property is well maintained and in a tip top condition. It’s a four storey building with a lift which is rare in a lot of Min Su. Room is well furnished and the facilities are up to the hotel standard. Bathroom is modern and spacious and air conditioning functions well and quiet. Mattress is the firm type which ensures a good sleep. The real plus point is the owner couple, very friendly and always willing to help. They even drive us to the train station on our departure. It was a very pleasant stay and we will definitely come back if we visit Hua Lien again.

The room I got was very spacious and the bathroom was very up to date and clean. There's even an elevator so even if you're travelling with a lot of things, you'll be fine. The operators were very kind; when I first got there they explained to me the local eats, and when I left they drove me to the train station. It wasn't even necessary since the train station was an easy walk from the B&B. For the price, it was an excellent place to stay.

Spotless clean room and property. The owner is kindless and helpful and drove us to the property as we left the train station at the wrong exit from the google map. He also drove us to the station catching the train. Thank you....

Host is very friendly and helpful in suggesting where to go during our stay. While they do not provide breakfast in house, vouchers were given for use in nearby eateries, 3 or 4 choices.

A very clean and nicely decorated Bed and Breakfast. Owners are friendly and helpful, making sure that everything was great. Walking distance from Hualien station. Will definitely stay here again!

It's a pretty new hotel, so it's clean. The room is big with a balcony. The owner is very friendly, actually he is willing to pick up/drop off you at the train station. He is very helpful, even lend us a phone to use.

Absolutely fantastic place! It's located in a quiet district that's not too far from the hustle and bustle of the city (10 minutes by taxi to the big night market). The owners are so hospitable too- upon arrival they not only helped us with the basic check-in procedures but also gave us a map of the vicinity which they'd marked good food places by hand. They also provided suggestions and helped us so much with our itinerary for the following days. Both the interior and exterior are extremely well-maintained and clean (pretty too)! The pantry is well-stocked with drinks, including gourmet coffee and Taiwanese tea, as well as cup noodles. They even went the extra mile to make green bean ice bars for us which they left in the fridge so we could get them any time we wanted. The littlest of details were well taken care of- all three of us came out of the shower exclaiming about how great the shampoo was. The lobby was decorated simply but made us feel like royalty. If you have the time chat with the owners too, they've got nice stories to share and are really pleasant people. I felt so at home here and would definitely come back again for my next time in Hualien!

The hotel is new, the room is clean, big and pretty. The owner picked up us from Hualien train station. We enjoyed the stay very much.

房間跟浴室都很大而且很新，又有電梯，很適合帶小朋友跟長輩去住。

老闆跟老闆娘用心經營的民宿，房間非常乾淨，停車也很方便。下次再去花蓮一定還會在回住的民宿。

這是一家非常優質的民宿，房間大，住房内的設備都是一等的，我非常推薦它。

很難得遇到有電梯的民宿，民宿的屋齡很新，廁所非常的乾淨，管家也非常的年輕和善，是個有濃濃鄉村風的民宿，對面就是學校，視野很好。

管理者相當貼心，不論景點或美食都會給予適合的建議，房間的整潔度也不在話下，如果有租汽車附近也算好停，家庭旅遊非常推薦的好地方
