Shocking! Cleanliness is not good, dust everywhere. Outdated room and lack of maintenance everywhere.
Laundry facility is besides gym, the dryer needed to be clean - do I did it!
Wardrobe doors falling and noise.
Toilet: door noisy, wc very loud, smells like dampness, ventilation is bad. Towel in bad condition.
Won’t be coming again.

The rooms are starting to show their age. The bathroom faucets all have signs of wear and tear, and the carpet is clearly worn. Should be an easy fix when they re-decorate. Also the balconies should be improved so they can be useable in good weather. Currently they are simply locked which is a waste. The swimming pool is closed whenever it rains, so they should build an indoor pool instead. Parking lot smells.

The first expression I had for this hotel was their staff. They were all helpful and super polite!
The location is great for transportations, shoppings, and a lot of activities. The only drawback is that the hotel is outdated. The year-old stains inside the bathroom aren’t very pleasant.

Really nice place I booked a harbor view but it was a little underwhelming. I got an “upgrade” which meant a move from 22nd floor to the 10th floor. Also the pool was empty so no swimming. Two reason I am a little annoyed that I paid the amount I did only to not get a view or a pool. Had they said the pool is not working I would have gone somewhere else.

The hotel is far from the train station. It is also not far from pier. Breakfast is ok for the cost. There are a few convenient stores and many restaurants around as alternative. Sauna, hotbath and gym in the basement are not for many users

It rained so we weren’t able to use the facilities but the pool looked great. Quiet and private right outside the reception area. The rooms were good. Nice size and clean. The bathrooms were a little old and dirty in my opinion. The tile needs to be refinished and the shower need a big update.

Great location right by the river and overlooking the new arts industrial area and of course the love river. The hotel was great and professional. The pool was closed and only open during summer, which was a shame as it was nearly 30 degrees, but that's their policy. I would stay again due to the area and closeness to the MRT and Light Rail.
We paid extra to have a room on a higher level for a better city view. Was amazing

One of our rooms both assuming they were non smoking smelled of smoke just opening the door...we went directly back down to ask for another room. We were asked to wait while they checked on the fact that what we said was true or not. Waited a good 20 or so minutes before they finally got us a new room... Not very becoming of their hotel rating. Unfortunately, I read a review of this hotel after this situation with this same problem. I guess this is not an important issue for them.

We are very satisfactory with the overall facilities of the hotel and their hospitality.
Just a little bit disappointed for the closure of the swimming pool due to adverse weather condition. Will recommend to my friend and come again for sure.
