- The shower switch has hot/cold opposite. Takes a long time for the hot/cold water to stabilize. - Breakfast has a lot of choices, unfortunately, it is not delicate enough (similar to a local street buffet for a low budget type). The buns are not soft but taste stale. - The sauna/hot-spring room has very few people (no one there when I came in). The temperature is too hot (set in an extreme hot temperature that is hard for children and skinny people to step in). - Overall, not qualified for a 4-star hotel.

A very nice hotel, but maybe a little dated. However, for a business trip had everything needed. In room dining stopped a little early and the breakfast was a bit light, but overall a quality hotel near everything.

Can’t beat the size of the room 400sqft + of room space. Also loved the hot spring pool. The hotel is getting old and it shows at many parts of the hotel. Will stay here again for sheer size of the standard rooms.
