Arrived early before ck in but the clerk did explain this.
We agreed to pay a fee to be able to get a room before ck in which wasn’t too bad .
Understand that 11 am ck out we arrived at 10 am .
She was able to get us a room by 11:am.
Just showered and slept .appreciate the early ck in !

Overall a great stay. Clean rooms, convenient location, reasonable price, good selection of western and traditional breakfast. I stayed at 12th floor and can still hear the traffic a bit. I think the windows are not air tight. Be aware if you are sensitive to noise. Most staff work here are above and beyond. I forgot my retainer here and they called me. The person helped me check-in made me feel rushed. The service from other staff made it up, so still 5 stars.

Arrived early from overnite flight couldn’t ck in till 3 pm but clerk offered a room in next hour if we paid a fee , which we did and got a room showered and went to sleep.
Hotel on cold side in room no heat I guess in Tiawan hotels only air conditioning.
Our room was neat clean but had a musty / moldy smell in bathroom ? Air vent ? Otherwise great hotel !!!!!

The hotel is walking distance to both Nangang Exhibition Center MRT station and Nangang MRT station. Easy to order food delivery.
Suggest to avoid booking a room with balcony - it is facing the street that there is a construction site opposite the hotel (noisy)
