Personnel parlant très bien anglais, très belle chambre avec vue fleuve, parking par ascenseur un peu stressant mais très fonctionnel. Petit déjeuner buffet complet. Très bien situé pour les visites. Une mention spéciale pour tout le personnel qui est adorable, très professionnel et a réservé une surprise pour un anniversaire. Merci beaucoup je reviendrai.

Room was clean. One person at front desk could speak a little English and helped us with trip planning. The free breakfast was comprehensive and had mostly Asia lunch and dinner items. Enjoyed the coffee and beverage selection immensely. When we requesteed for additional water bottles, they delivered to our room within 5 minutes.great job.

Good location, great view to love river, spacious room, convenient for shopping and foods. The only minor issue is that the housekeeping doesn’t do a detail cleaning so many areas in the room are very dusty. I think I would stay again if I visit the area again. Hopefully the management will address the housekeeping cleaning each room thoroughly so the guests can feel confident about the hygiene and cleanliness of the facility.

Traveled with my two kids, clean and modern hotel with washer and dryer. Beautiful river view. There is a kids indoor play floor with kid size cars and toys. Amazing for its value. Might have to taxi or take buses to get around. Friendly and helpful staff.
