This hotel may be dated but it is extremely clean. The staff worked very hard to ensure everything is literally spotless and this impressed me a lot. If the hotel refurbishes and with the current service, it would be easily the best hotel in Kaoshiung. Oh, the location is great too.

Nice big breakfast buffet! But the coolest part was the lovely concierge who grew up in San Francisco and was so helpful with my (English) questions!

連假期間入住，4點左右抵達車位就已經全滿，但飯店人員有盡力協調車位。
房間不大但乾淨，與房價相稱。
離美麗島捷運站與六合夜市很近，交通方便。
早餐豐富但不太合口味，7點左右用餐碰到現場鋼琴演奏，有大大加分。

Low ceiling lobby. Vip room assigned has no outside window. Switch me to another inferior room. Merged with hotel next door so has to find my way to the hotel and navigate through maze to my room. Unable to resolve wifi malfunction in room and did not offer any means to resolve and compensate. Bathroom has no handwash towel and soap. Terrible breakfast food.

The weirdest thing about the hotel is you have to check-in in another hotel, which is a few doors down. Breakfast was actually quite good, with a lot of choices & good bean-to-cup coffee. The street where the hotel is is very quiet and lifeless, especially at night. I don't feel unsafe but I do feel uncomfortable if I have to walk back to the hotel alone at night. Though, it is quite close to the metro station and a stone's throw away from Liuhe night market. Also, the hotel & its furnishing is very dated.

The room itself is very clean and tidy, a good 3-stars hotel. just the lobby and corridor have aged, and if someone talks in the corridor with a slightly louder voice, you will definitely hear that in the room.

Only one member of the staff understands English language the others were very kind but spoke only Chinese. A true difficulty when asking something like to print the boarding passes.

This hotel has a good location, very near the Formosa boulevard station. The power plug has damaged my travel adapter due to high voltage. There is no mineral water provided though.
