Convenient to travel near the way up and down mrt Under the hotel there is a shabu restaurant, very tasty, inexpensive, the rooms are OK with all the amenities. There is a taxi in front of the hotel. If you want to go anywhere, can go up from here. On the day of booking, 2 rooms were booked. But the other room smelled very cigarette smell Maid comes to clean everyday. Service is mediocre. Family room, even if sleeping 4 people But if not initially selected the number of people The hotel will charge an additional $ 3,4 per person for $ 600. It is better to book early.

The hotel is very convenient to travel near Mrt exit 2-4-6. The hotel is big. But sometimes the lift is waiting for a long time. Many people have a comfortable bed. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast has a lot to choose from. There are Thai food in the buffet line as well. From the school, cross the street to find Ximending street. Very convenient. A lot of food under the building. The outside of the school has a mini mart. Very convenient. beautiful

splendid location, restaurants and souvenir shops are just several steps away. Tour buses as well as MRT terminal are very close making leisure trips comfortable as well as travelling from / to the airport a breeze. note though that exit 6, has escalators, making it a better choice than exit 5 and 6.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. They were extremely inflexible with their check-in policy—I arrived at 2:30 PM and was denied check-in, only to see guests being allowed in at 2:50 PM. It felt unnecessarily rigid and poorly communicated. I also booked the room for three people and was charged an additional fee for the third guest. However, upon check-in, the room was only prepared for two people—there were only two sets of towels and pillows. We had to request additional items, which should have been provided from the start given the reservation and extra charge. Additionally, while I understand that Taiwan has implemented rules against individual shampoo containers, the hotel seemed to use this as an excuse to cut corners. They did not provide basic amenities like lotion or conditioner at all. The rule does not prohibit providing these essentials—it only limits the use of individual bottles. Overall, it was a frustrating stay, and I felt the service and amenities did not meet reasonable expectations.

While the hotel’s location and room were decent, the overall service experience fell short of expectations. We booked a room for two adults and one child (6 years old), but upon arrival, we noticed that only two sets of towels were provided. I called reception to request an additional towel for my child, but was informed that only two sets were allowed as only two adults were registered. I explained to the male staff that it was unhygienic for my child and I to share a towel, and only then did he reluctantly agree to send one “as a one-time exception.” On the second day, all the reception staff on duty were male and noticeably unfriendly. Even with their masks on, their lack of warmth and unwillingness to assist was apparent. When I asked for directions to the breakfast area, the response was curt and came across as rude. In summary, the hotel itself is fine, but the service, particularly the attitude of the staff, was disappointing. If you’re someone who prefers minimal interaction with staff, you may still enjoy your stay.

The location was fantastic and the price was reasonable. The exterior, reception and walkways of the hotel was well mai tained. However, the rooms were fairly old and run down and near the windows area there are alot of dust trapped and not cleaned up or removed. The sound proof was also not fantastic. But over all it was a good value for money accommodation!

The room ia not sound proof and you can hear the sound of water flows in the pipe “clearly” when your neighbour flashing toilet and shower. The good thing is their staff is very friendly.

Room had terrible smell which smell like mold. WiFi was very bad and carpet was dirty. Staff was rude when ask for switching room. Overall, i would not hesitate to rate it lower than 1 star.

This hotel is so dated, hallway to our room is dirty and lots of stains in the carpet. The washroom smells. So we have to ask for another room. Frontdesk is so busy they are a bit grumpy.

Auto check in is a good idea but the system can't recognise my passport and still need to do it manually. Check in time is not flexible and the earliest is 3:00pm. The room ia not sound proof and you can hear the sound of water flows in the pipe “clearly” when your neighbour flashing toilet and shower. The good thing is their staff is very friendly.
