Quiet, clean, attentive staff.

Everything is clean and neat. The bed is very comfortable even with adjustable option. Wish they could offer the breakfast 😅

The glass room has a bit of weird smell but it went away after airing it for a while. Overall, the room was beautiful, adequate and comfortable. One of the toilet and bath wall was glass but with shade... a bit disconcerting as we are not used to it 😁

Room is cozy. Bed is excellent. Good distance to night market with good decent quiet ambient

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Was surprised when saw the room, very well more than my expectations. Friendly staffs too.

Overall our stay in this hotel is comfortable, but there are a few suggestions for consideration: 1. to provide room service for breakfast so that our family are able to enjoy our breakfast in the garden. 2. to install more lighting at the garden areas so that we can have drink and snack during night time 3. improve the cleanliness of the TV area and garden because we saw dead caterpillar(s) on the floor and cockroach in the garden.

Awesome place

Great family-oriented hotel. A lot of play area for young children. Sauna, gym, and pool are also available. Room is big and clean. Bathtub is available. Check-in was a bit messy as there were many people checking-in at the same time. Check-out was a breeze though. Parking space is ample. Short walk to a few food outlets.

Room is clean.

Room was new, clean & comfortable with adjustable bed. Breakfast was a fixed set with no alternative. They rotate between fried rice and fried udon daily. It’s simple, healthy but rather bland. Portion was small too. Location is about 7 to 10mins walk to the night market. Overall, a good choice.

Nice and clean hotel but during the winter season they don't allow to on the aircon, hence during the day might be a bit stuffy in the room

Great location next to the night market. Comfortable stay and courteous service, clean rooms.

The hotel staffs are helpful, room and services are great, it's a shame that our car can't park into the garage. However, the breakfast staffs are very unfriendly: we ordered Americano and asked for milk for it. They told us milk is not for americano and refused to provide. This is unheard of in Taiwan

Breakfast is great, not buffet style, and they have some baby amenities like bathtub which came in useful

I do not know when it was built or refurbished but it felt like it was just opened last week. Everything was well designed, nothing felt awkward throughout our 3 nights stay. The only thing missing is a cupboard or at least a bigger clothes rack to hang jackets and wet towels (for those of us that doesn't like to use hotel towels). The rack provided was a portable one about an arm's length width and that's it. The sink is in the room instead of inside the bathroom, which I have no problem with. The toilet bowl came with one of those famous Japanese TOTO seats that is kept warm and washes your rear as well. These things are addictive!! The best part is, strong water pressure in the shower with stable water temperature. Now that is the gold standard which I judge all hotels with after cleanliness (which is rarely a problem). Another common hotel design problem that is avoided here is wet floor after a shower from inadequate shower screen seal. Well done. Apart from towels, I do normally travel with my own toiletries as the ones provided by the hotels are normally inferior to the supermarket stuff that I use. However, I did try the branded shampoo and body wash provided (L'Occitane) and I am happy to report that they do feel luxurious. The bed itself has one of those powered mechanism that could raise the head and/or foot of the bed at the touch of a button.
