I had a great stay at the hotel. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to tourist attractions and shopping areas. The rooms are clean, airy and fully equipped. In particular, I am very satisfied with the professional and friendly service attitude of the staff. They are always willing to help and meet all my requests. The breakfast at the hotel is also very delicious with a variety of dishes. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Rooms were clean and very spacious, especially the bathroom!! Shower water pressure was great! Staff were friendly. Special shout out to Venus at the front desk. She was very attentive and helpful when I hurt myself and needed ice. Wonderful stay overall.

Great room, facility overall has some signs of aging but the staff seemed to have done a great job with the upkeep. Friendly staff interaction has been consistent and pleasant. Great location with subway stations nearby.

Buffet however, waitress close coffee machine just 10:01 without any notice. Tried to tell them but the answer was pretty rude and turned it on unwillingly,
Restaurant reception guys were rude as well, the room charge didn't include breakfast thus we questioned at the entrance but the two guys \'s answer was "1,100 if you are not staying here...., if you are, 550.00 ....". We would like to suggest they should need some more training and etc.

Location was near an MRT station, with some food options nearby. 7-Eleven store within the hotel made small purchase super convenient. BUT... avoid rooms near the nightclub at 15F. We could hear its booming music within our room. Fortunately for us, the hotel was able to accommodate our request to change to a room further away. Otherwise the stay was enjoyable.

Not recommended. There's a bar on the 16th floor that makes noise for six hours straight, like a concert. It's impossible to sleep. I complained to the lobby manager, but they said the bar is independently operated and has nothing to do with the hotel, so the hotel can't do anything about it. The hotel called the police, but it didn't help. The noise didn't stop until 3 AM. All sorts of people are going up and down the hotel elevators to get to the bar; it makes me feel unsafe. Can this even be considered a 4-star hotel? And it's not cheap either. Not worth it.
