We are very happy staying at this hotel, check in was seamless, front desk staffs were very courteous, our room was very large with 3 beds, it was spotlessly clean. Many varieties & choices for breakfast, even the staffs in the break room were very friendly & helpful. Free snacks & various types of tea & coffee were available in the sitting area. The manager Mr Lee was very friendly & professional, he went out of the way to give us a ride to the MRT station on his way home after his shift was over. We have no complaints at all with this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to travellers visiting Taoyuan.

I really enjoyed my stay at Joyfultel hotel! The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and there is a 7-11 and a local restaurant (永和) steps away. I checked in the hotel late at night so it was nice to be able to get some late night snacks at 永和. The hotel is unfortunately a bit further away from the subway station and takes about 15 mins to walk to and from the hotel. The staff here were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. On the day of my checkout, my luggage was accidentally being taken away by another group of tourists and the front desk was quickly able to contact the cab driver and resolved the problem. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. I will definitely come back and stay with joyfultel again.

近くにセブンイレブンがあります。スタッフはみんなとても親切で、日本語を話せる方も中にはいらっしゃいます。スナック、コーヒー、ジュースなどが24時間何時でも提供されています。ホテルへは桃園空港からMRTの直達車でA8で降りてそこからタクシーを使うと良いと思います。私は天気が良くて荷物が少なければ歩く事もありますが、20分くらいかかります。総合的に居心地が良くて良くリピしています。
