Suggest replaced old furniture for the room

It was a very affordable and distinct hotel. My room had a view to the street however you did not hear the noise. The staff was very helpful with transportation.

The hotel is in Yonghe, close to the night market, shops and restaurants.

Located in a convenient spot for visiting friends There were English speaking concierge which made it easy for those of us with poor Chinese speaking skills . Was only back at the hotel for sleeping after busy day trips so was not too concerned about the room comfort . Had a decent breakfast buffet but not too many vegetarian options . On the whole would say it was good enough value for money

There were mosquitoes in the room which was the only bad part of the hotel

Hotel was decent, english was a little bit limited with the staff. Transportation somewhat limited to only bus which was not consistent and MRT was slightly further.

My room is very hot during the day. The property look new from the outside but it is old inside?

Everything was great. Just a slight odor in the room initially.

The room we got apparently because we booked from third party (Expedia) was probably the worst room and had stale smoke in room and hall. My mom has asthma and her conditions worsened during our stay here because of the air quality in the room.

It is just next to a night market and plenty of food choices arouond

Unethical hotel that charged to credit card without notice/approval - I've booked for 4-night stay in Jan and opted for Pay When You Stay, which means I will not be charged and pay directly at the property. The hotel however, charged my credit card in full payment before my arrival. Upon check-in, I questioned the receptionist and she defended her action, putting the blame on Expedia. She claimed the amount was for deposit. Which hotel charged full amount as deposit and without notifying the guest? As I have two different credit cards for travelling purposes, so I was charged twice on the full amount. With an arrogant tone, the receptionist also "advised" me to return my room key card at the reception everytime I'm out of the hotel because they only have one (01) room key card and I'll have to pay for the cost if it's lost. The receptionist also "advised" that although I'm travelling with my mother and a 3-year old kid, they can only provide 2 towels as I've booked for a double room. In this century, I'm surprised that there are such hotel operating with one room key card and without common sense. The only perk, the hotel has a washing machine and 2 dryers on complimentary for hotel guests to use. Location is convenient with walking distance to night market, eateries and shopping.

Overall a good stay. Room was surprisingly large and amenities were good. Complimentary breakfast was excellent with a buffet of Western and Asian dishes. Downside were minor but a bit irritating. No chest of drawers for our clothes - a few drawers by the bedside but not enough. No face towels, wash cloths. I asked and they just did not have them. In room safe did not work. These were minor issues though and I would stay there again.

Location no good, and staff not helpful and room is very small and the hotel is still under renovation, I will not recommend this hotel.

We mainly picked the K hotel for its location in the Yong He district. There's plenty of restaurants nearby and it's right next to the Lehua night market. The room was clean and modern and the bathroom was very spacious. We had the breakfast every morning and it was really good. The rooms have free, unsecured wi-fi. The hotel was perfect for our needs, but the furnishings are starting to look a little worn and the room smelled faintly of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. I would stay there again on my next trip to the area.
