The room was

The room is spacious. However, it is pretty dusty. We found hairs from previous tenants everywhere. Also, there are bedbugs which made redness spots on our arms and body. The worst is that my wife got food poisoning after she took the breakfast on our checkout day, 2/24/2025. She threw up badly in the train this morning when we were on the way to Taitung. Everything she ate this morning was all out. Then she vomited a couple times after we checked in hotel in Taitung. I was ok because there were some dishes I didn’t take, like the tofu dish and the cold jelly fish dish. These two dishes were served two days ago and were served again this morning. Will they be old food reserved again?

淋浴間門關不緊，水會潑出來。 淋浴間靠馬桶側有水漏到外面，地上都是水。 淋浴間非一體成型，接縫處過大，水也會潑出來。

Great vegetarian friendly breakfast, free bicycles, great location. Stayed during lunar new year and had a blast.

Good: Was clean and breakfast was good. Overall I felt taken care of. Not so good: Wifi was open, in one instance the tub was not draining properly.

冷氣問題多，太吵了，不過，服務人員很親切，又有耐心，所以服務上是肯定的，但設備上需要改進。

It was clean as is typical with most Taiwan hotels. But there is a mild old hotel smell in the rooms and corridors The breakfast buffett had many options

This hotel was only ten minutes walk from the train and bus stations as well as the tourist information centre. It offered a great breakfast, but it was a busy hotel catering to bus tour groups who were sometimes a little noisy.

This particular hotel must have been converted from an apartment building at some point. Our room was small, cramped, and falling apart. There were chicken feet (probably left over from previous people) in the fridge. The fridge was not cold and there were three whole plugs in the room. I do not expect much for the price, but please do not catfish me. The photos on the website were not what we got. It was disappointing.

A good hotel with great staff . Hotel and rooms a little dated but facilities in rooms were very good . Fridge, kettle large TV and aircon. Breakfast was buffet style Taiwanese. Restaurant staff excellent- offering scrambled or fried eggs plus noodles and vegetables etc. Our first room was small and spa shower didn’t work properly so asked reception to move us. No problem - upgraded us to massive family room which was much better. Lots of good eateries near by. Fantastic 360*view from roof garden.

All you need for a solo vacation. Well maintained rooms, good AC, bike rental only until 6pm, should be longer to check out the night market by bike. Friendy staff, helpful and accommodating. Good experience for me!

Nice place close to MRT station. Rooms are comfortable and big. Morning breakfast has large variety of food available. Recommended.

This is a nice and comfortable hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. We will choose this hotel when we come back to Hualien next time.

the facilities are fine, there are some food near by, but not very close to the train station, if you are going for a business trip that you need to go the train station often; indeed some walking distance from both the city center and the station

Hotel is near train station. Room was clean breakfast is ok. I gueas room is quite big for Asia.
