Perfect place to stay

The hotel is really on the high end and we enjoyed our stay there. It is convenient as as such travelling by bus or train was excellent. The hotel dining staff are so helpful, they tried their best to accommodate our needs even with their english & our mandarin language difficulty. We will definitely come back.

Had a great stay!!!! The rooms are quite and super clean, staff are helpful and very friendly; in addition, transport are super convenient, the metro station are just 2 min walk from the hotel. The suburb does not have many tourists, there lives locals, the streets behind the hotel are residential areas and have great breakfast shops, convenient stores, etc, a great experience to see some local lifes. Overall the hotel is an excellent choice to stay!!

One day It was first time I saw the hotel they did the carpet cleaning very nice , no wonder I did not had any allergy symptoms and breathe well .Thank you for being so kind and keeping it clean .

everything is the best

We were travelling with an eight month old baby, the hotel was very baby friendly, we had baby bath, stool and cot ready in the room when we check in some other baby supplies are available on demand. Room wasn’t too big but clean and nice. Staff were helpful and friendly.

We love this hotel! It’s conveniently located near the subway station and offers a delicious breakfast buffet. The spacious, clean rooms and the large Japanese-style public bath on the top floor make for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

We stayed there for six nights. Great location, easy access to MRT and local food. The facility is well kept. We loved the Onsen and lounge area. I would stay there if I visit Taiwan again.

Nice clean room with exceptional high ceiling for comfort. Limited dining and shopping options around the area but the metro station is right next to the hotel and only 1 to 2 stops to busy shopping areas. I will stay here again when visiting Taipei.

Breakfast has so many choices and taste good as well. 2/F has lounge to serve free coffee and tea. Subway entrance just next to the hotel.

nice and clean

The location really can’t be beat, just a one-minute walk from Zhongxiao Xinsheng MRT Exit 3, which made getting around super easy. Check-in on the night of 15 June was a bit underwhelming. The front desk staff that night wasn’t very warm. I politely asked if it was possible to be on the same floor as my family member, and she simply said “no” without any effort to assist or offer alternatives. While she did explain the hotel details, her tone felt robotic, not what you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. It also felt like she didn’t expect guests to check in around midnight (which was our case, at around 12am on 16 June). Aside from that, the rest of the staff were great. Most front desk and concierge team members were friendly and helpful. However, staff here tend to stick strictly to rules and procedures, which can feel a bit inflexible at times. One concierge staff member who helped with our luggage on 18 June stood out for the wrong reason, he seemed impatient and unfriendly. The 2nd floor lounge was as cozy as always, but the midnight closing time felt a little early for guests looking for a quiet place to unwind later at night. Housekeeping was excellent. Every staff member we encountered was polite, efficient, and professional, definitely one of the highlights of our stay. This was our second time staying here after 2.5 years, and overall, the service has improved, likely to better cater to the many Japanese guests.

Clean, comfortable and well maintained hotel property with modern design. We enjoyed the second floor lounge and hot common bath. Exceptional location next to MRT and centrally located in the city. Front desk staff are professional and efficient and helpful. Special mention to Brady who helped attend to our needs and to the gentleman who helped us to with our luggage upon arrival and after checkout to our taxi.
