It was my first time out of the country and I was scared of not being able to get around or get help, but as soon as I got there the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful I will definitely rebook here again if im ever back in Taiwan.

No frill hotel but very clean, efficient, and easy going. Very little food in the immediate vicinity but Uber Eats comes quickly and lots of choices on nearby Shengli Rd, 10 min walk away. Not near all the scenic spots so need to rely on cabs or Uber.

Great hotel. A short walk from the train station but kind of in the opposite direction of the city centre. But there are good restaurants and bars around the hotel. Check in was easy and the room was spacious, especially the bathroom, which looks like it used to have a bathtub. The 2nd floor lounge was a nice area to relax as well.

This hotel is too far from center and while the hotel provides free bicycles the ride to attractions are not convenient. I found a large cockroach on the desk enjoying my 3 in 1 coffee one evening and had to kill it. I noticed that there were more waiting on the balcony ready to enter the room. Room service is poor and condition of the hotel is not good. There's just one old slow elevator in the building causing long delay in getting in and out sometimes. The staff are great and super friendly though.

客室は清潔で、1週間に1回のシーツ交換サービスがとてもありがたかったです。タオル類は毎日交換してくださり、大きな不自由なく過ごせました。部屋にキッチン等はありませんでしたが、2階にラウンジがあり、電子レンジやトースター、給水機などを置いてくださっていたため、とても便利でした。スタッフの方も皆さんとても親切で、一度カードのトラブルがあったのですが、きちんと対応してくださいました。スタッフの方々の中で日本語が通じる方がいらっしゃることがあるので、時間によっては日本語で対応していただけると思います。台南に長期間滞在される方には特におすすめです。（もちろん、短期間滞在される方にもおすすめです。） ※シャンプー・ボディーソープ以外のアメニティ類は法律により置かれていないので、ご愛用の品をお持ちになることを強くお勧めします。

飯店環境佳，房間有些微低頻噪音 (不確定是施工或是冷米)，因價格較低，在可接受範圍。工作人員態度有待加強，反應事情後，反而受到嘲諷，雖是行旅，但與過去入住時工作人員的態度相比，有明顯落差，有點遺憾。
