2019年9月、10月にデラックスダブルに宿泊。初めに書くが過去の評価にカラオケの音がうるさいとあったが事前にホテルに確認し、カラオケは閉業して今は静かであると回答いただいた。結果、全く騒音等無く静かに過ごす事が出来た。雑居ビルの1フロアだがエレベーターを降りたらキレイで清潔。ホテルに入るにはルームカードタッチかインターホンで呼び出しが必要な為セキュリティ面も安心。受付は日本語出来る方が1名、後は英語で対応。どの方も非常に好感が持てた。部屋の清掃は14時までで過ぎるとタオル交換とゴミ捨てのみの対応になる為、注意。部屋は清潔で使い勝手も良かった。壁は薄いと思うが両隣の部屋の声や音はあまり気にならなかった、たまたま運が良かっただけかも。翌日からは角部屋に交換してもらい間取りが他と違う為、隣の声、音は全く気にならなかった。共用スペースに洗濯機、乾燥機が各1台で24時間いつでも無料で利用可能、洗剤も無料。チェックインからチェックアウトまで満足出来た。
