My daughter's family tried the breakfast buffet and said it was amazing. So many delicious options. The room was very lovely and clean. The staff was amazing and helpful, especially the concierge John Lee. The location was great, and adjoined a very nice mall. The lighting on the first floor entry and 6th floor check in is practically dark. Not my fav. The rooms could be a bit brighter, but not a big deal.

Wonderful hotel in UNBEATABLE location and service. All the reviews regarding the old European luxury feel are very true. Hotel is part of a huge mall building (Q Square) and also part of the Taipei Main Station underground. There are countless shops, convenient stores, and restaurants within 2-5 minutes walking distance. Service: EXCELLENT Upon arrival, the concierge and reception teams provided extra courteous and attentive service. We found the restaurant service to be outstanding as well later. Special shout out to front desk manager Chris and restaurant manager Ellen. Amenities: OK Hotel has a very simple gym located on 17th floor. There is also a lounge for guests on the top few executive floors. There is no swimming pool or spa. Rooms: Needs improvement. The BEST thing is the soundproofing. I see traffic on the street by the hotel but I don't hear it. My sister is extremely sensitive to noises, so we really liked this. We disliked the layout of the rooms with the vanity in the room and no separately enclosed bathroom. Plus the toilet room glass door is frosted but not the shower, doesn't make sense. There is also a soaking tub by the entrance. You can pull a curtain around the entire bathtub, shower and toilet area but it's awkward and takes up so much space when it can be improved by simply frosting the shower glass door enclosure. Also, it's difficult and confusing to control the lighting and the AI is not helpful, although it is cool

Overall nice staffs, good location, and clean room. The room I have is facing the LED screen of the building across the road. Even the curtain is lower, the light is still shinning on the ceiling and wake me up several times.

Everything was clean and quiet. I had good time here.

Stayed here recently and experienced multiple bites consistent with bed bugs. This is a serious hygiene issue. I had to check out early and would not recommend this place.

Perfect stay for us, very convenient location near MRT, great breakfast varieties. Staffs are wonderful, the concierge staff were great, Andy & Ken tried their best helping us to get tickets for Sunmoon lake & Alishan mountain. Definitely will stay here again next time

all ok, but there is space for improvement

The hotel provided excellent service to guests, staff were professional and knowledgeable, Andy and Orri at the concierge desk were warm and friendly, gave us a detailed tour suggestion. This hotel was impeccable and amazing!

Clean room. Generally staffs are welcoming. Breakfast hardly any variation thus feel repetitive after 2 to 3 days, not ideal for long stay.
