Luxurious hotel with large, well-setup rooms, twice-daily housekeeping (except Sunday?), and good facilities like breakfast. If your stay qualifies, you get access to a stocked lounge. The fitness center was decent as well (no swimming pool), and the staff were very helpful. The hotel has dark furnishings and feels like an oasis from the outside world. One side borders the main train station, which makes getting around really easy to the airport and a couple of important MRT lines. The other side borders Zhongshan, which is a fun, hip neighborhood with good food and shopping.

We really liked the place. It was very different to any hotel we stayed before. The service was excellent and staff were all helpful. We had lounge access, and the lounge was quite lounge and atmospheric, like a library. We also were given access to the restaurant for dinner, which we didn't expect. Breakfast was also good with lots of choices. The room - deluxe suite king room, was spacious, clean, had a free minibar, had their own AI assistant and very cosy. The location is also very good and close to the main train station. The hotel was next to Q Mall, if you like shopping. We would definitely stay there if find ourselves in Taipei again. Next time, we'll make sure to get a reservation for Le Palais, the 3 star Michelin restaurant in the hotel, which was fully booked during our stay.

The breakfast here is good and offers a wide variety of choices.  The hotel staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming.  The location is excellent, with the high-speed rail and interchange right next to the building and easy underground access. The rooms are well maintained, though the design is a little old-fashioned. Overall, it is a good hotel to stay at.

The hotel has a strategic location, next to the Q Square Mall, opposite the Taipei Main Station (for High Speed Rail and Metro) which is just 5 min walk away. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle bus service to Taipei Main Station. The staff were generally very warm, personable and friendly. I would like to commend a staff called Ricolt who welcomed us to the hotel on the first day and sent us off on the last day. The hotel provided an extra standing lamp for our hotel room when I told them that I found the room a bit dim. The only negative feedback was that we were not used to the toilet and the bathroom transparent glass door which could only be shielded by the curtain.

Situated in a prime and convenient location. The airport train is nearby, it has an upscale mall beside it with plenty of food choices, nearby establishments for breakfast and late night bars, and I’ve signed up for 3 day tours, all of which had their starting point with 17min walk from the hotel.

Convenient location. Room was big, we booked family room. Hope they add self service ice machines, hot water dispensers and self service laundry. We don’t really want to use the kettle after seeing posts on people using kettles to disinfect underwears in other hotels. Housekeeping seems to be lax, they only replaced one of the three towels we used, the bath tub had water which we dis not even use.
