Very nice hotel!! This hotel is very clean and well decorated. It is a beautiful and small hotel. They do have variety teas offered. Wonderful hotel!!

Good location, room, staff and overall experience there. All the B&Bs we stayed in the East Coast have no elevators, but the staff helped carry our suitcases. We got a map and recommendations. A couple of recommendations didn't work out. The restaurant wasn't what we preferred (Italian in Taiwan wasn't what we were looking for) and a culture center recommended to us was closed for renovation. We liked the night market within walking distance and found a good vegetarian meal in one of the indigenous restaurants there. Overall, a very good expat the B&B and the market!

It was very clean place and very convenient. They provided the bicycle to go places. All the decorations were very nice and I would highly recommend people to go stay.

The hotel overall is good, only down size is dont have a lift. But it is fine for young people as i feel the floor/stairs is not very high. The staff even offer us to keep luggage at ground floor and take essential to room only. They have hand make coffee for you to make/try.

The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. I like the idea that it gives us coupons to restaurants nearby for breakfast, so that we could try out some very local food. This is a boutique guesthouse that serves more than my purpose in Hualien. Would not hesitate to recommend.

This is a gem. Very well decorated and finished boutique-like hotel. Location is a bit away from the train station but just off the beaten path enough for some quiet time but only a few blocks away from "Main Street". Highly recommended

Hotel looks great, with modern design touches throughout. Easy walking distance to cute coffee shops, lots of restaurants, shops, and genuine local life. Nice lobby / hangout area which is like your own coffee shop. And the manager was so helpful (organizing car hire, making sure our stay was as expected, pointing out notable restaurants, returning items we'd forgotten) despite speaking little english (combination of professional translators, Google translate, and general pointing!). Breakfast was at famous local cafes (you can choose your place and type of food between three choices). Really fantastic place.

This is newly-furnished hotel with a lot of nice personal touches that may make the guests feel like home! The hotel rooms are very clean but also come with very boutique hotel style feel. The friendly staff there would spend time to listen to guests' needs and run through the facilities very throughly upping checking in.
Their complimentary breakfast is served at two very nice and locally-popular nearby breakfast cafes, where the hotel would give you NT50 breakfast voucher (around £1.10 worth but worth a lot for a breakfast in Taiwan).
Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it!
