We choose ocean view but it is at 1 floor where hardly see the ocean. It is also difficult to reach front desk or staff to ask help. I left a note at the desk and it took 2 hours to have him... most of time, we didn’t see anyone at front desk

We could not find hotel staff constantly no one is available. There were mosquitoes and we wanted to ask for help, but no one is ever at desk. It's such a shame since it's nice clean quiet place but lack of attention from staff really disappoints.

Sehr ruhiges und abgelegenes Hotel auf dem Berg. Sehr nettes Personal, allerdings nur wenig Englisch sprechend. Frühstück gleichbleibend befriedigend. Die Lage ist idyllisch, allerdings ohne Roller oder Taxi/Bus schwer zu erreichen, vorallem für ältere Gäste. Alles in allem ein schönes und ruhiges Hotel.
