This hotel is within 10 minutes from the train station, very convenient. It is also near the famous tourist district with lots of restaurants, cafe, spa, and pharmacy etc. The room was clean, comfy and nicely decorated. The staff was super friendly. The check-in and check-out was smooth and quick. There were taxi right outside waiting to take you anywhere you need.

Lots of little issues made this less than what it could have been. The toilet flushed poorly and I often had to remover the tank cover to move the flap back into place and re-flush almost every time. There should always be a spare roll of toilet paper in every bathroom and I hated worrying about running low or our and had to make a note for the housekeeping staff to replenish. I believe we were entitled to 2 free drinks per day during our stay due to my membership level, but that only happened the first day. The TV remote control instructions were unclear and we never figured it out making for a frustrating experience. The pluses were that the front desk and housekeeping staff were very professional, friendly and respectful which were great. Breakfast options also excellent.

The furnitures inside the room are mostly wear and tear, the toilet facilities are out-dated and not working well, the carpet in the floor are not clean enough, I can see stain and crack on the bathroom wall area. In short, very disappointing with the price that I have paid. The only merit point is the room is big

The hotel is in a great location near the night market, day market, Dihua St, the wharf and a 10 minute walk to the metro travel center. The staff are professional and helpful. The hotel is older but in good condition. The breakfast has a good variety of Asian cuisine, salad and fruit.

The complimentary coffee at the lobby doesn't have creamer, needs to be replenished more often. The staff are very nice and friendly. The hotel is ok but dated. The location is situated near convenient stores and restaurants.
