The hotel location was wonderful, room was spacious. The only thing that was causing discomfort was the sewage smell, other just fine.

It's definitely a no frills, basic hotel and very dated, needs updating and better ventilation but at least no cockroaches. We stayed here for 2 nights in January with our 5 and 8 year old in the room with the two double beds. The best thing about this hotel is location hands down - walkable to Ximen Station, lots of delicious eats, and the 24 hour Donki is only 5 mins away if you need anything or want to buy gifts.

The property is clean, location is perfect for everything. Most of the staffs are very helpful, the only thing I didn’t like is the not too old lady in the reception area.

If stay at No. 203 room near reception have loud noise outside the room almost always. But location very good near Mrt Ximen exit6. Can walk from hotel to Ximending around 5 minuets.

Location is great, staff are friendly and helpful. But towels given were dirty, room smells, toilet is not clean despite daily housekeeping. Not worth for the price we paid.

The included breakfast is a vouncher for the hamburger restaurant next to the hotel :choice of sets of hamurgers for breakfast!!!!
