The price is too expensive, not suitable because the accommodation is quite old, the bed and pillow are not good. Sleep and neck pain. The food is just coffee and porridge. Not delicious

Reserve the water to the accommodation. Request to check-in. The staff said no reservation information. Will not let you stay Calling, talking, not receiving mail from the app. Will allow us to cancel the booking And re-book in front of the counter For another price, in spite of that, we have a booking confirmation. Receipt We told us not to cancel. We had the card cut off. However, you must get a room. Hang us up and then hurried to take our aunt to the room. Which matches the reservation or not, I do not know. Claims to not receive mail Claiming that the room has been canceled, and how can we reserve and pay?
