Gorgeous resort and staff. This place was marvelous. Exceeded my expectations. We booked a 2 bedroom suite and were upgraded to a 2 bedroom with private pool. This resort had everything — bikes, tennis courts, beach, kids and teen clubs. Wish we could stay for 6 months.

Beautiful property with great service. Por, our “butler”, was exceedingly helpful in finding things for our family to do and was always available for questions. The staff was welcoming and already knew what we liked for breakfast after one day. To say that they went the extra mile is not doing it justice…

I absolutely DO NOT recommend patronizing this place given their horrible management and the predatory experienced I had. I fell ill and could not travel to Thailand. I notified them of the cancellation, circumstances and provided documentation from my physician. Expedia tried to assist numerous times as well. Despite all this they decided to keep the entire amount for my stay (about 3k!) ignoring their own stated policy. It appears they value money for no service provided above respecting their patrons. I will never stay here or recommend anyone to stay here in the future. Book at your own risk.
