We stayed in the ABSC building and it was a great experience. The hotel was clean and amenities were great. It was also close enough to the action in Patong but quiet because it was on the edge. 5-10 min walk to the beach. Staff were great as well. Highly recommend.

Great location, decent stay overall Stayed here for 3 nights. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Patong Beach, and sea view room was stunning. Staff were super helpful, especially during our late-night check-in, and they gave us a discount for an extra guest. However, for the price, we expected better. The room had no smart TV (couldn’t watch Netflix), hot water was inconsistent, and the amenities felt pretty standard, more like a 3-star than premium. Still, if you prioritize location and view, this is a solid choice in Patong.
