The owner did not check the apps and when I showed up with reservation from agent, some staff literally do not know the app. I was lucky enough that they can accommodate me with the last room. Otherwise they would forced me to pay for the upgrade (what a way to solve the problem, make customer pays more.) The room cleanliness is sub-par, my bed has 10-20 hairs of previous guests all over so please check your bed first thing after your check in.
