This hotel is very great for vacation, especially if you want to go shopping all the time. A 100% pictures in internet is real from what inside the hotel. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Super recommend staying in this hotel and would likely to come back is there any chance!

We stay here for 4 nights and we booked 5 rooms. The location is great. Hotel is quite old, one room the bathroom door is damage, one room the sitting toilet is leaking and less amenities; Only provide shower gel and shower cap, no shampoo, no toothbrush and tooth paste but hairdryer is available. Our flight is at night and we can keep our luggage at concierge so we can go around while waiting. It is really helpful. We can book airport transfer easily and at reasonable price.

There were many of the negative experience than the plus ones. For the price I paid close to Rp 800K/night super not worth it. This establishment have not been properly maintained and looks old. The management should upgrade the hotel. The lifts with stairs to access the floor corridor very inconvenient especially when carrying large luggages. Definitely a lot of improvements needed for this hotel.

Very bad, we book for 4 night and we just stay 2 night because so dirty, even when we check in still have fruit at the freeze from guest before, smell not good from the room, carpet dirty

Air condition only work for 1 hour. I need to restart and turn off all electricity to turn on the AC again, cannot just use AC remote. They didn't provide toothbrush set, toilet smells bed, the room is not friend for everyone who bring big luggage. You need to always use stairs! The towel is a bit damage, after used it, the towel fiber left in my body!
