This year, 3 times with the stay here, I am impressed every time with the service. The receptionist is beaming, quiet, the pool is very clean, suitable for relaxing. I promise to go to Cha Am when I will stay, but here for sure.

Went to stay here for the 2nd time. Staff are lovely. Well welcome Salt pool is very clean. Delicious breakfast The room is very clean. Great security, peaceful atmosphere, because there are not many rooms, not busy on the sea.

For only the 2 nights, our stay was very comfortable, there was renovations going on to some rooms and had noise from power tools during the day time, however it did not disrupt too much the stay (and were pre warned before by the hotel), and would look to book this hotel when visiting again. Very accessible to the beach which was a quiet stretch of clean beach with activities as required. And walking distances to bars and restaurants.

The pool is huge and the trees and gardens around the pool are beautiful. It's a very nice area to relax at. This hotel is excellent for families with children because many of the rooms are around the pool so parents can relax on the balconies while their children play in the pool steps away.
We had to change rooms because they were having an ant problem with our first room but the rooms were very clean and the maids did a great job.
The breakfast was included with our room. The breakfast area outside is nice because it is shaded and you can see the beach across the street. The food was OK.
One area for improvement would be to have pool attendants/wait staff. There were no towels available at the pool but it was easy enough to get some from the maids. You could order a drink out by the pool but you needed to walk into the restaurant to order so most people brought their own food drink. When people bring there own food/drinks they can tend to be a bit messy.
The guy who cleaned to pool each morning did a great job and the pool was very clean.

and restaurants to choose from. The staff are truly friendly and cater to your every need. The breakfasts were very good and flavorful. The pools are fabulous....
Very clean and refreshing. Great stretch of beach, lovely views, and plenty of things to do in this area, and the best thing about it, everything is reasonably priced, and the city is not over crowded.

All in all was the stay quite good.
The pools and the room are clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately was no baby bed available, but hotel.com says perfect for families with children. I came with two, but had only one kingsize bed in the room. Could be improved. The breakfast needs also improvement. It’s just average and the staff not really motivated to refill food when something running out at 9:00am.

Stayed here 10 days ago, and returned to finish holiday. Good value mid week. Great breakfast, staff and pool. Balcony is huge.
Pool is not chlorinated, but crystal clear, with great area around pool. House restaurant is a bit pricey, but very good, and there are a myriad of alternatives nearby.
Beach over the road if you get bored of still water! On site gym if you are really at a loose end.
