The staff at BED is amazing and we’ve never had such a wonderful breakfast in all of our travels.

The customer service at this location is beyond amazing. The staff go out of their way to serve you all day. They will bring you snacks, cook delicious food for you, and give you any helpful local tips. 10/10 for customer service

Great staff. Free coffee, including espresso. Nice pool. Free bottled water. I slept like a baby. Free breakfast and snacks all day. Clean.

What a treat it was to stay at this wonderful hotel. I must start with the staff. Everyone was friendly, personable and accommodating. My room was clean and quiet. The AC worked great. Great water pressure and hot water all the time. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The location of this hotel is on a very quiet street but just a few minutes walk to restaurants, coffee houses, and famous sites. My time in Chang Mai was exceptional. The hotel helped make my stay memorable. I will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at BED Phrasingh. The staff were next-level kind and accommodating, the kind of people who make you feel like you’ve just arrived at a very well-run friend’s house. The rooms are modern and super comfortable, with a bed that invites proper sleep and shower pressure that means business. There’s also an impressive supply of bottled water, which feels like a small but mighty luxury in Chiang Mai heat. Breakfast was a standout. A generous spread with plenty of variety, plus the option to sit indoors or outside and ease into the morning at your own pace. The neighborhood strikes that rare balance: peaceful and quiet, yet steps away from great food and shopping. Truly an ideal location. And then, the resident kitties. Three of them. Casually roaming, accepting admiration like tiny furry royalty. Cat lovers, you’re in for a treat. All in all, an amazing stay. 10 out of 10. Would absolutely return, and yes, would absolutely pet the kitties again. 🐾

The staff are superb and work to accommodate every question or request. I would recommend this highly for reasonable pricing and outstanding customer service.

We felt comfortable and appreciated the fact that we were welcomed any hour of the day. The room, although not huge, was set up really well. Bottled water, juice, fruit, cookies were always available for free. We loved the rotating breakfast menu, which featured many local foods.

This place is absolutely amazing, the breakfast is very varied and delicious. The staff is superb, they do everything possible to make you feel like home, it is noticeable the hotrl is very well managed, special kudos to JP for making our stay exceptional.

The staff at BED Phrasingh are so helpful and so friendly! It felt like coming home each night after a day out adventuring. The breakfast was awesome and they served different stuff every day. There’s also resident hotel cats that roam around the grounds! 10/10 recommend staying here. I know I will be if/when I come back!!

The facility was very nice but the staff was over the top. Morning breakfast was amazing… and the staff there to help with everything and anything! 24 hour coffee, fresh juice and fruit and many snacks. Best hotel and service! We will return!! Highly recommend!!!

We had an absolutely excellent stay at BED Prasingh- easily one of our favorite hotels out of the 56 countries we've visited! The location was perfect, placing us right in the heart of Chiang Mai with easy access to the Old City’s temples, night markets, and cafes. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the incredible service and thoughtful touches that make you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. From the moment we arrived, JP and the rest of the amazing staff greeted us like old friends, always remembering us and making sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Whether we were heading out or returning from a day of exploring, they were there to assist with a smile and offer help with anything we needed. The amenities are next-level: -Unlimited bottled water (no joke- it is endless!) -High-end coffee available 24/7 -An incredible breakfast spread that blew us away each morning- complete with fresh fruit, poached eggs, mango sticky rice, chicken and pork skewers, and a variety of other delicious options that suited every taste and dietary preference We also made good use of the beautiful swimming pool, which was the perfect midday escape to cool off and relax between activities. Every aspect of our stay felt intentional and elevated, from the minimalist modern design to the genuinely warm hospitality. We honestly can’t recommend BED Phrasingh highly enough- it’s a total gem and a must-stay!!
