Hotel is right on the beach..we stayed on the beach front bungalows..amazing..staff are friendly and can’t do enough for you..2-3 nice restaurants on the beach which were lovely at night..the best beach I’ve been to in Thailand! Can’t recomm enough!

I booked a beachfront bungalow many weeks in advance of my trip to Koh Phangnan. They hotel msg’d me 2 hours before check in while I was on the ferry to the island to tell me they double booked and my bungalow was not available. Then they were rude to me about it when I asked to cancel and refund. They said they’d cancelled and refunded me but at the time of writing this review Expedia are still trying to contact the hotel to confirm and provide a refund. Avoid these rude people and their incompetence around reservations. Better options all over the island.

Booked the hotel because of Beach, AC, free parking (that was the filter) got a email with special instructions "ony way to go there is by 4x4" so i called the hotel and the agree to cancel for a full refund but hotels.com had to call them. later hotel.com told me no the don't agree and no refund. So think 2 times if you go there YOU ARE TO 100% UP FROM THEM !! you eat what the have you pay what the ask and if the are in bad mud you can not go out !!

We can’t say enough positive things about a Bottle Beach! Location is private/secluded, very peaceful! Getting there is either by taxi and then longboat OR contact the resort and arrange a truck to meet you at the pier for a fee. Beach is beautiful, good for swimming, not so much for snorkeling. Cottages are spacious and clean. Wifi is good. Grounds are beautiful and well kept. The food is delicious. BUT the best part of Bottle Beach is the staff! Hardworking from morning till night and happy the whole time! Loved them all and was sad to leave. Will be back!

The staff here are extremely rude - especially reception staff. Surly and unwilling to help! Once here you're trapped unless you pay exorbitant taxi and boat rates in and out. Go to bottle beach for the day. DO NOT STAY!

Spent a 3 nights at Bottle beach one and it was great! We stayed in a fab room which we found fine for the beginning of July, the room was big and the beds were comfy and the view straight out to the beach was amazing! I would definitely reccomend paying the little extra for sea view! The staff were all very friendly, always got a smile on their face. The restaurant was good too, lots to choice from, everything we had was delicious and the price was very reasonable! We were expecting it to be expensive given that the location is so remote but we're pleasantly surprised to find that wasn't the case! All in all would reccomend to anyone coming to Koh Phangan that fancies a few days relaxing!

I enjoyed my stay . Bottle beach is a beautiful and quiet beach . It can only be accessed by boat .The staff were most helpful and the food was quite satisfactory . Its a pity the rooms were only serviced every third day though -

My friends and I booked this hotel for 5 nights which was a big mistake. We had 4 bungalows. In three of them the hotel staff refused to provide with face towels, bed sheet for the blanket, water glasses. In my bungalow they gave me a blanket only in the third day when I started shouting at the receptionist. The hotel is far away from the civilized places in Koh Phangan. Only 4x4 cars can reach the place and the taxi drivers at the pier refused to take us there. During the second day a heavy rain started and did not stop for the rest of our stay. The hotel charged us for the transport to the pier but they took us there late at night instead early in the morning because they needed to renovate the road this day. They left us without drinking water and food. Because of their lies this day and no effective action we missed our booking for the ferry to Koh Samui as well as the booking for the hotel there. The staff were very arrogant, unfriendly and useless. Their behavior towards us was insulting and irrespectful. In the darkness we had to walk in the deep river and muddy road uphill, in the poring rain, so that we were very happy when we finally managed to escape from this place. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Basic but cheap bungalow in front of a beautiful quite beach. I spent 3 nights there with my fiancé . It is a quite place, only a few restaurants attached to resorts on the beach I probably would not return to this resort because the room facilities are too basic, but I feel like it still offered reasonable value for money at around £30p/n It was the girls on the front desk what really turned me off. The opposite of Asian hospitality. After 24 hours there I did everything possible not to spend any money there.

This hotel is perfect, if you don't want to leave the resort. Too far away from civilization, only way to get about is a boat taxi - however the water is so choppy and you will feel unsafe. Other option is a taxi but it's extremely bumpy in the jungle for a good twenty minutes. The hotel is beautiful.
