My ring was fall to the faucet at midnight, and the staffs are very nice and helpful to find my ring. Their attitude is great. We love our room, it's spacious for only two of us, the room also very clean and doesn't have bad smell. I was quite skeptical with the food, but it turned our really delicious. Will definitely come back when we visit Bangkok next time!

Nice hotel. Good location in the center of BKK. Rooms are clean and large. Lovely chilling place on the rooftop with swimming pool and small bar. Helpful staff. Will choose this hotel for my next trips in BKK.

The area where the hotel is average, It's in Soi 6 and next to Soi 4 which is Nana Plaza territory. It is NOT a family area. I was a bit put off due to the room was advertised as having a laundry machine installed inside it but it did not. The staff was pretty proactive on getting anything handled however so the room was always serviced and clean towels were always on the shelf as long as you let them do their job. Its a great room for a stay of 10 days or less- I highl recommend them!

Very big rooms and big beds. They even offer two queen beds on their twin beds room. For family with kids - this hotel is a very good option. Only con about this hotel is the pool which is really small. Staff are very friendly and helpful and breakfast is decent.

Great hotel with very helpful Front Desk staff.
I wanted to purchase something from a Bangkok suburb and have it delivered by Grab taxi to the hotel. The Desk Manager (who gave me her name but I’ve unfortunately lost her card) was fantastic in making the necessary arrangements. I couldn’t have had better service.
The rest of the team are wonderful too and I really enjoyed my stay.
The larger rooms come with a bath which I value and the bed is comfortable.

The rooms are exactly as pictured in this modern hotel. I honestly couldn't be happier with my stay there. The staff were very helpful, friendly and made me feel right at home. The breakfasts and meals were really good, plus there's plenty of entertainment nearby. If you want to travel to the city centre the BTS Skytrain is only 5 minutes walk away, and a 5 minute journey takes you to Siam. I have re-booked this hotel when i return from Krabi.
