The receptionist is friendly and enthusiastic. The room is clean, there is a tuktuk to take you to BTS On Nut according to the hotel schedule. The hotel is near BTS On Nut station, only about 3 minutes walk. Near 7-11, lotus supermarket and fast food stores.

I****** staff, drop off some laundry but didn't process it accordingly. It takes 2 days for the staff to mention that they not processing my laundry. So disappointed in the quality of the staff. It is deeply regretted the room is nice but the staff is i**** as hell.

The service staff is very good, hospitable, greetings all the time when encountered, clean rooms, good breakfast, delicious dinner. The security staff should be improved. "Can't distinguish between guests and hotel staff, using very bad words." I walked over and asked if I knew whose car was parked next to the food. I replied that I didn't know. The security guard replied with a disrespectful expression, "Why don't you know whose car is parked?" I'm not a hotel employee. How can I know whose car it is? As for the hotel's services, I was very impressed. But as for those who maintain security, they have greatly improved their manners and use of speech.

I'm enjoying stay here, friendly staff and support me when I'm requesting to change room thought it was on the D day check in. Clean and comfy room and quite near access to bts on Nut, Sevel, street food just below On Nut BTS and massage counter which very important once you done travelling:) nice neighborhood as well if you like to stay in the not crowded area. Definitely will recommanded this hotel!
