Quiet out of the way retreat. Perfect distance to town to do things. Stunning beach at your back door

this is lovely place to stay with the exception of the sunbeds and umbrellas shade. the apartments were full but only 5 or 6 decent sunbeds, others either broken or ripped. umbrella only 2 and they are not secure so slight wind and they lift out. housekeeping is very good and all areas are clean. staff always helpful and smiling. short walk on beach to few beach bars and restaurants. recommend Mr Pee beach is very good

Vile. Needs a full deep clean, broken items replaced as a matter of urgency, which include privacy blinds in bathroom etc. Pipe coming to the jacuzzi is vile and full of mold meaning the hot tub was filthy by the time we wanted to use it rendering it unusable. Don’t stay here until they’ve refurbished the entire place! Beachfront suites are diabolical

The private pool on our patio was not a hot tub. It was standing water (unless you turn on the pump manually) that was a breeding ground for mosquitoes. We were annihilated by mosquitoes on the deck, and many of them got inside. Davina provided us with some repellent spray and some incense coils, but they were only minimally helpful. The staff tried their best, but they might consider putting in place more effective solutions for their guests. Getting bitten 40-50 times should not be part of any hotel experience. The rest of our stay was good. I wouldn't say the beach there is anything special, but the general location was peaceful and quiet. A good place to relax.

Good Completely facility and sea view private jacuzzi

Had a great time chillin at Davina Beach Homes.The self contained units are spacious and provide stunning views of Chalong Bay.We were lucky in that during our stay of 7 nights they property was experiencing a slow period and we had the pools to our selves for 5 days before another couple from German booked in.Our unit was both beach and pool front making for very easy access to both.I thoroughly enjoyed my morning coffe on the patio looking out onto the bay.At night we would go out to the beach watch the sun set as numerous boats came to anchor fo for the night.The Chalong Bay area is quite laid back if this is what you seek. Many couples strolling the beach enjoying each others company and the beauty surrounding them.If you want restaurants there are hotels along the beach that offer their sevices plus beach restaurants and bars a short walk from Davina Beach Homes.If you want a massage that to can be found on the beach.Feel more adventurous rent a motor scooter from down the street and go check out the surrounding area without the worry of city traffic.All in all had a terrific time and really enjoyed the area .Will be looking at a return visit soon.

Perfect peaceful place , far from all tourist buzz

Hotel is nice. Staff is great, Location is good but quiet. Need a bike to get somewhere. But The Hotel is not in a very good condition. They Need to in invest a Little more to keep things State of The Art...

The swimming pool was dirty, beach area needs improvement.Room was clean and really big,good kitchen equipment, 2 free bottle of water every day. Taxi price is 500 baht for round trip to the nearest shop(7/11 or FamilyMarkt, 7min driving).Your own transport is really necessary!!!

We found the Davina very pleasing, we stayed there for 3 nights, after spending 4 weeks in Kata and Karon, most relaxing time for us . We had a ground floor apartment which was fantastic as the pool was just outside the door and the beach was just as close. We were in walking distance to the only little beach restaurant it was fantastic The Davina homes were very clean and equipped , we would stay there again next time we are in Thailand.

we had beachfront room. very spacious and comfortable. good value for money. beach practically deserted, lot of rubbish washed up though. great little restaurant on beach serving delicious thai food. no restaurant or bar in hotel. lots of steps and no lift , clean and well maintained,friendly and helpful staff very quiet location

The room was amazing with a sea view. It exceeded my expectations. The temperature of the shower was inconsistent so that requires some serious looking into. Bathtub is extremely spacious. Was skeptical about the cleanliness of the jacuzzi which cannot be drained by guests. It was rather far from the central area but perfect if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle.

Good value for money. Spacious, comfortable accommodation. Great beach location. Very quiet area. We had beachfront room. No lift so lots of stairs from beach to road as property located on hillside. We used little restaurant on beach selling delicious food as no restaurant / bar in hotel.

This was a great hotel, rooms were really clean and spacious, especially the balcony. The private jacuzzi was nice, but only had cold water. The kitchen was great, too bad I didn't get a chance to use it as we were there only 2 days. The beach was a little rocky and not suitable to swim in low tide, but high tide it was fine, really calm and easy to swim, not like the surfing beaches on the west coast of Phuket. We were there in the low season, so it was really quiet. There were times when we were the only people on the whole beach/ocean. The downside of this was that there was very little within walking distance, so if you go during low season, be prepared to rent a bike or car. Staff was friendly and helpful, though we didn't ask too much of them. Wish we had been able to stay longer!

The rooms and hotel grounds in general were excellent. Clean & comfortable. The beach was just ok, some trash washes up on shore with the tide. Fortunately the pool was lovely and overlooks the bay. Great place to stay for the value.

We were on honeymoon, it was perfect for us. Just perfect.

Everything was perfect!!!Big and very clean sea-view-with-private-jacuzzi-room.Clean pool. Very friendly personal. When I come again to Phuket I will definetely stay again there. One german or russian TV channel would be great) P. S. to European people;) :make sure that windows are always closed to avoid insects inside the room, especially after heavy rain!!!

Very nice facility, breathtaking view, very calm surroundings. The staff was very frindly, the room was clean and proper. We loved our stay there.

Gecko and ants are immediately spotted once entering the room. Jacuzzi is filled with 'dead' water, which cannot be refreshed. Front desk cannot speak English. The hotel explained that they are unable to handle the problems of insects and refresh of water in Jacuzzi. As a result, I decided to move to another hotel immediately. This hotel even refused to help to call for a taxi. This hotel refused to refund, and insisted to charge me 6 nights price even I stayed for less than an hour! They provide no caring/support to visitors.
