Reserve a room for three people to check in at midnight. It turns out that the accommodation has turned off, so walk to the 2nd floor. Calling staff for over 10 minutes. There were 2 staff members who spoke Chinese. It appeared that the room that was booked was not available. There is only room for 2 people. The hotel provides another room as an exit, but the room provided Didn't clean, had a musty smell on pillows, blankets, had mosquitoes, had rubbish, hair, towels, footprints were very dirty. Overall, last night felt terrible. With the lost price
