This hotel is located very close to pratunam market. Vehicles can be difficult to get you exactly in front of hotel because small road. But you can walk not far from available drop off spot nearby. The receptionist was friendly and i got checked in quickly. The lobby area are kinda small, full with stuffs, but i don't mind just go straight to lift. I spent 4 nights at room 8402. The room is clean and they tidy the room everyday. The room also has TV, small refrigerator, hair dryer, towel, and mineral water. They give new mineral water also everyday. The bathroom also clean, smells good with refreshner. There are cold/hot shower, bidet, soap and shampoo. No ants or cockroaches like some review said. Excellent!

[Share more about your experience] I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel during my recent trip to Thailand and I have to say that, from the moment I entered the lobby until I checked out, every experience left a very good impression. Space/facilities: The hotel space has a modern style mixed with a bit of Thai tradition, creating a feeling of both luxury and coziness. The rooms are clean, fully equipped, the interior is delicately decorated, especially the extremely soft beds - a good night's sleep will make you forget all your fatigue after a day of wandering. Food: The buffet breakfast is diverse, combining Thai and European dishes, suitable for your taste and changed every day. I especially love the Pad Thai and Thai porridge here – rich and authentic. The staff serving in the dining area are also very quick and friendly. Support staff: A big plus for the staff – from the reception to the housekeeping, everyone is friendly and professional. They are always ready to support, introduce places to visit, call a taxi or help me book a tour in the city. Although there is a slight language barrier, they are very patient and cute. Highlights: One of the things that impressed me the most is the rooftop swimming pool – a panoramic view of Bangkok, especially sparkling at night. This is definitely a “virtual living” place that cannot be missed. Price: Compared to the quality of service and space, the price here is extremely reasonable. I feel it is completely worth the money spent, even a “bargain” if booked through the app during the promotion period. Location: The hotel is located near the center, easy to travel to famous tourist attractions such as Chatuchak Market, Siam area, Khao San Road... There are many local restaurants, spas and convenience stores around. My first experience in Bangkok was very satisfying with the service. The room space was sufficient for two people. The hotel is close to the market and Seven Eleven, so it's very easy to find food. The staff is very friendly and fluent in English. Big thanks to Mr. Xiao, who was very cheerful and very helpful during our stay there. If you have difficulty communicating with Thai people, don't hesitate to ask for help from the staff here because they will assist you greatly. Highly recommendation, thankyou🤍.

Love it here. The staffs are very friendly, kind and cute. Located in the middle of Pratunam Market (busy from morning to morning). Platinum Shopping Mall, Central World and Tofu (skin care) are very close. Just walk. Never get bored. I will stay here again if I go to Bangkok. 👍. It's close to town, and as soon as you exit the city, there are plenty of food vendors along the road. Even if you're tired, there are plenty of massage parlors. The rooms and bathrooms are clean.

First came straight into the room and smelled the room had a bad smell that came from the toilet. The second day I stayed moved to the 6th floor and the room also smelled bad. It was very noisy because there were a lot of stupid jastipers who had no brains. At least if you are poor, don't be stupid and disturb people packing in the middle of the night until dawn outside the room too. He was 1 guy and several girls. It is not recommended to stay here for the upper class. because this is for the lower class of jastipers. for the staff, especially the housekeeping, they are unethical and can suddenly open the room and enter the room even though I am in the room. It's bad. It's uncomfortable. It's better to find a hotel that is 50 thousand rupiah different but more decent.

The room is full of cockroaches, not very clean, there are lots of jastiper packages in the lobby, the path to the elevator is narrow, there is no electric kettle in the room, the mattress is hard, it feels like sleeping on a board, don't stay here

Everything was fine, especially since it was strategically located just a short walk to the Pratunam Indra Square bus stop. However, my bathroom smelled bad, even though I'd added air freshener. The smell probably came from the bathroom drain.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is right in the middle of Pratunam market, which makes it easy to get around. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool, and the room was comfortable overall. However, the bathroom had a bit of an odor, and the drainage didn’t work properly. It was also a little difficult to get a Grab or Bolt directly from the hotel, so we often needed to walk about 300 meters to meet the driver. Overall, it was a good stay, but a few improvements would make it even better.

The hotel is located within the Pratunam shopping district. It's quite comfortable for a budget of around 500,000 Rupiah. Especially when I got a promo from Traveloka, I got a family room with a king-size bed and a king-size bed. It felt very spacious. However, the lobby was quite chaotic, with people shopping in bags and sacks everywhere. This hotel is perfect for Jasti shoppers, but for those seeking a quiet getaway, this hotel isn't quite right for their segment.

The staff was super helpful, funny, and friendly! The room was okay, but it smelled a bit like old furniture. The floor was a bit dirty, and there was no hot shower :(. The bed was quite hard, but the air conditioner worked really well. So refreshing after spending the whole day outside in the heat. Breakfast was simple but tasty!

de lux one of the best hotel in bkk , in september i choose stay in de lux not because the price so cheap but its because the hospitality and the people so kind!! especially the man philipino man name ciao!! this man make me feel wanna comeback again in this hotel , and yahh everytime i go bangkok i alwys stay in this hotel.. he is so helpful and charming!! as i said is not about the price so cheap , i can even book 5 stars hotel 1 month in bkk but im not looking how big the room is and also how nice the view is but im looking for the people who treat me like in home ..

Ciao/mingming is so helpful and charming. That is one of the many reasons why De lux has lots of regular guests.

The place is close.. but the room is not very clean.. the AC is very cold.. but the mattress is like sleeping on a board.. the staff is nice..

Hi guys, I'd like to share a little about my experience staying at the De Lux Bangkok Hotel. The room was nice and tidy, exactly as we requested, and the receptionist was friendly. The amenities were quite complete, but the only thing missing was a hairdryer. 🤭 I liked the hotel's strategic location and the busy area.
