I had to get change of two 500 for 1000 thb from the reception but there was a short haired unknown gender woman like very rude human being said 'No' so I had to walk outside of the hotel and got that changed from a kind woman next to the hotel building... Two different kind of experience. I have so many positive experiences with Thailand so this can be ignored but this gender confusing creatures are really not good to do hospitality services if they are hating people so much 🤮

Responsibility service is ok. But the bathroom is active Toilet pin, do not tilt, look for pipes Causing water to be trapped in the middle And the hotel is probably an old building or not Parking management Should improve or hire Security. Good to take care. Are you over-budgeted?
