The accommodation didn't check the system well. Let customers stand and wait for a very long time. This is understandable, but my boyfriend who studied at the hotel told me that like this, the instructor said that he could reject it. The service is not good at all. Then he was taken up to see the room. If we had arrived later, the room would have been full. Then an employee opened the key and came into our room. But the owner told me to come check the room opposite, so why would there be a key to unlock our room? Why didn't you clearly state the room number? I understand that mistakes can be made but they shouldn't happen.

Sorry for the delay and mistake again. As for the key that the employee uses to open the door On the day of the incident, we checked that the key could not open the customer's room. But the key can be inserted into the lock because we all use the same brand of keys. And there is only 1 set of room keys per room. Except in the case of not locking the room.
