In reality, it’s very practical, all I needed is just a place to sleep, to shower, more importantly, a place That’s very quiet away from the hustle and bustle (while being near walking distance to it). This hotel Had all the basic amenities and more importantly phenomenal customer service, courteous polite people. If you want a hotel that clicks on all those check boxes Then This particular hotel fits the criteria excellently.

This place is always great and is where I always stay while in Bangkok. Modern clean friendly I can’t say enough about the Golden Tulip. They always go out of their way to accommodate whether it’s early check-in or late checkouts. I will be back.

This hotel was dirty, run down. Bathtub cracked and rusty, black mold, shower curtain yellow from urine and bathroom smelled. Spider webs, dirty bed linen, breakfast substandard. Booked, pre-paid for 1 week but left after first night, no refund.

First room we were given had broken air conditioning, the second had a leaking shower stall that flooded the bathroom each time you took a shower. The rubber shower mat had black mold growing on it. The sofa had water stains on the cushions, the curtains had stains on them, the video game console promised wasn't in the room and the headboard had children's scribbles on it.

Property is outdated and have this old musky smell. It is that old that I booked an executive room and after using toilet the door knob broke if it wasn’t for my wife I probably would have been stuck in there till room service would have turned up. Room wasn’t clean had marks on the window, bed was broken, bed sheet had stains & so did the wall. I wouldn’t recommend it

The hotel is located in a nice place, nearby to the main Sumkuvit road, metro station and there is free tuk tuk which is a time saver. The breakfast is quite good too. The only negative thing is about the room and corridors. I think you should make a renovation on walls, floor material and furniture. There is a bit disturbing smell which you have to used to. Anyway, we are still positive about the hotel for the price. Thanks
