The staff were so kind and always greeted us with the brightest welcome. Rooms were clean spacious and the location is great as it’s in 5 minute walking distance to the main part of town but far enough away that you don’t hear all the late night noise.

The place is very clean, nice, & the staff is super nice & helpful. They can arrange trips for you whether it’s around nearby islands or to get to the ferry & bus back to wherever you may like to go. Super helpful! Little store 1 minute walk down the street as well as cafe. ed also super comfy!

Very very nice room, I think they just built the side with the single rooms. I was very surprised that the room looked like the pictures, usually they don't (I'm sure you know what I mean). The location is kind of off the road and it's a little sketchy at night but the place itself is perfect! Great deal for the money on Koh Tao, some places with the same price don't have ac or no hot shower but this place has both. Cant say much about the hostel side just that it's not as new as the single room side.

Was nice hostel over styled due to open water and advanced scuba course but very helpful and no bother staying extra 3 nights . Wifi was little bad at times but shower rooms an toilet were cleaned daily so overall nice hostel would recommend to anyone

I can definitely recommend this hotel. It was a great place to stay. Very helpful stuff with anything. The rooms were very clean! The only unfortunate thing I can day about this place is that the staff rocks up in the room after one checked out instantly. It is good for others to early check in but not for the ones who tried to sleep a bit longer at 8 or 9 am :)

I really liked the cleanliness and comfort of the facilities, but the atmosphere was severely lacking. There was no common area to meet people, so if you're traveling alone I wouldn't suggest this hostel. Also the staff wasn't overtly helpful and seemed to lack communication skills. A lot of people staying here we're doing diving not partying. So if meeting others and partying is your thing, don't stay here. I left and went to another hostel and had a great time. But I can't recommend this place to fellow backpacker.

Stayed as a couple in a private room with a balcony. Room was fantastic, really modern and clean. Massive bed, a sofa, a TV, an en suite bathroom and a little area of a work top and mini fridge. Nice balcony with good quality table and chairs on. Wifi works in rooms fine. Location - about 200metres from the beach, in Sariee Beach which is where you want to be. 5mins from all the bars and restaurants. Slightly tucked away down the end of a mud track. Negatives - Atmosphere, just really flat. Going as a couple we were hoping to enjoy the atmosphere of a livery hostel and meet new people. No one was ever in the communal areas. Although beds were made, we didn't get our sheets changed once in our 5 nights which was slightly annoying due to all the sand and grit that managed to get in.

Huge spiders, bug infestation. They are able to come through the doors. We had to put towels at the bottom of each door to prevent the bugs from coming in and they still managed to get in.

I stayed in the deluxe dorm room which has a preety good ensuite. Room is nice and modern and kept clean. What I did not liked is that you get a small safe to put valuables but there is not really a place to put your bags which have to be left on the floor, also the atmosphere wasn't really good while I was there so I cant say it was a good place to meet people.

The Dream Rooms are newly built dorms. % min walk from the main Pub walkway in Sairee beach. The beds, shower and bathroom were extremely clean. Will definately stay again.
