Great location, 10 minutes walking to Big C, Centre World…room is spacious with well equipped kitchen, washing dry machine. The room is very convenient and suitable for family. Great point is that they offer all minibar free and 4 bottles of water per day. F&B is average, service at restaurant is not really good and the food is not delicious especially the pastry is not even as good as in super market. However, the room is excellent, so we will come back

Booked 6d5n grand Suite for the whole trip. Room in general is clean and had free minibar which was refilled everyday. Room floor was at high floor zone (level 30-50) but a pity that I didn't manage to get the Royal Sports Club view, got a city view facing Erawan Shrine instead. It also has a kitchen with a washing machine/dryer! The bathroom has an automated toilet bowl with bidet and bathtub too! The only bad thing about the bathroom is that the hot water was not hot enough. It felt like room temperature even though I turn the knob to the hottest. Same temperature for the bathtub too. Had to end my soaking early because the temperature starts to go low very quickly. Hotel is accessible to 2 BTS station, nearest one being Ratchadamri (2 mins walk) then followed by Chit Lom (5 minutes walk). Hotel staff are very nice to accommodate to my various requests and was able to do early check in at 11am and secure a late check out (2pm) as my flight is in the evening. Will consider booking this hotel again if I come back to Bangkok!

Room was nice, staffs were friendly but no hot water, they have “normal temperature water after 1 mins cold water”. No hot water. Towels are not spotless clean (I saw 2 stains on it). The AC was a bit loud. But have to say view is awesome. Generally clean and bright. Arun restaurant was nice, a bit expensive but taste good.

The room very spacious and neat, well function and the staff was amazing. Not to mention their facilities absolutely cool. The location was very excellent. And they have a very good authentic Thai Food restaurant called Arun, you must try their menu. Love it

The room is very large, the kitchen has a microwave, a washing machine. I booked a Deluxe room but was upgraded to a grand suite like a 1-bedroom apartment. My room was on the 31st floor with a very nice view of the city. The bathroom has both a standing shower and a bathtub. In terms of location, the hotel is close to the four-faced god, near the central world and BTS Silom, so it is quite convenient to move. We also let you leave your suitcase when you check out. Friendly staff and also very supportive to call customers. Highly recommend for those who travel to Bangkok for shopping purposes because it is very close to big malls or traveling families because the rooms are very spacious and comfortable to live like at home 🥰

We had best stay ever. The hotel upgraded our room FOC. The room is extremely clean, comfortable beds and most importantly, the linens are clean. I have allergy so my skin will tell me if the hotel change the linens or not. Nice view from our room. Big bathtub. Free minibars. Walking distance to four face Buddha. Free drinks at the lobby 7am-7pm. Many many more makes us so comfortable to stay here. Highly recommend! 5 stars for Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri.
