Hotel at beach and midtown fir area activities. Walk to anything or take simple cheap rides. Mall blocks away. It's all close. Pool nice to cool with. Rooms nice simple. Staff great. I did not eat at hotel. I would stay here again

What can I say but absolutely amazing. Great location walkable to all of Pattaya walking Street may be a 10 minute walk. Staff was friendly. The rooms were beautiful. I had a room overlooking the bay.

Hotel was dirty. When I was checking in, they sent me to two rooms that were completely unacceptable. In one room the AC didn’t work. The other had a terrible smell. The room I settled on was OK. The bed was very hard. The breakfast was very limited and not very good. The pool area is dirty. I never wanted to use the pool. Overall the hotel needs cleaning and updating. I will not stay here again.

My stay at The Hermann Hotel was extremely disappointing. There was no hot water for three consecutive days, which is completely unacceptable and shows a serious failure in basic hotel operations. The room condition was poor and clearly not properly maintained. It did not meet reasonable expectations for cleanliness or comfort. Customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. Multiple issues were reported, yet there was no sense of urgency, accountability, or effort to resolve the problems. Additionally, there were no food options available at the hotel, which added to the inconvenience and frustration of the stay. Overall, The Hermann Hotel failed to meet even the most basic hospitality standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be returning.
