Friendly and professional staff. The hotel is very clean, from the room to the bathroom. The distance to the center is only about 1km, very convenient to travel by BTS to BKK airport. We are very satisfied with everything. Hope the hotel will keep this lovely advantage! See you again!

The second time I went to Thailand and was self-sufficient. The trip is perfect from entertainment, places to eat and especially places to stay. It's really clean and comfortable here. It's very convenient to be near the train. Hotel staff is very friendly, always ready to help guests when needed. I am really pleased to be here. Maybe next year I will come back to BangKok again and book a room here. Forever love BangKok❤️❤️🫶🏻🫶🏻 .

This hotel is ok, very close to Airport Rail Link train station (specifically, right at Ratchaprarop station) if you land in Surva, it's very convenient. The hotel is located on the same road to Central World, Big C, so it's very convenient for you. If you want to visit these two places, you will land at Don Muong airport, take the A2 bus (fare 30 baht) to the last stop is Victory Monument bus station, then walk about 20 minutes to the hotel, then everything will be comfortable. everything is ok (for a mid-range hotel) near 3 711s (walking 2 minutes to the next), near an international church for those who want to go to Sunday Mass (walking 2 minutes next) in front of the hotel alley Evening restaurant is open all night, so don't be afraid of hunger, staff is very friendly and happy, give your best support 10/10 👍

Convenient place to visit Central Bangkok, close to airport rail link and near to bus stop One bad thing we had was that the shower head in my room is very dirty with mold stains and I requested 3 times to clean it but they never cleaned or changed the head.

This hotel was better than I expected based on other reviews. The room was good and all was working very well (although some things seemed a bit outdated). Breakfast was very nice. Wifi was working well but you had to enter the password everytime you reconnect. We arrived at 12h30 and had to wait unfortunately until 14h00 to get the room. The lobby was full with guests waiting for their room. Better choose another hotel if you plan to arrive early. They have luggage storage (= bags can be placed at the reception) which was very handy and well appreciated on our last day.
