Hotel IKON Phuket

The staff are amazing from reception to the Cafe. They couldn’t do enough to accommodate us, in particular IM the young lady at the cafe who went over and above. IKON is a bit further away from the main hub with limited food choices around. It’s a small walk from everything but there is a shuttle bus to the beach. Certain tourists from a certain Country were extremely rude. Blatant disregard for rules. Drinking, being loud and glass bottles around the pool after closure time and into the early hours. Not IKON’s fault but I wonder what they could have done.

The hotel is located on a hill top from the inner streets of Karon, so it gave like a tropical jungle feel when looking outside of the halls to the elevator. The rooms were clean, shower pressure was strong and ac worked. Staff was very accommodating, they came quickly when we needed an iron/clean towels (as I was on dnd the whole trip) they came to fix my daughters internet connection on her iPad and one time I thought I saw some kind insect and called and they came right away to inspect for it thoroughly but found nothing. At Ikon cafe we were very lucky to have been greeted every morning by IM, she was super kind and always spoke to us about our up coming plans and my daughter looked forward to seeing her beautiful smile. She was so professional and accommodating, always so kind and sweet. We missed her on our last day but informed us that she wouldnt be there as she knew we looked forward to see her. Petarr at the front desk was was also very attentive. My daughter really took a liking to her as she ran to her and gave Petarr a big hug each time she saw her. Petarr would always be there with a smile waiting to receive my outgoing, social child. She was so kind and gifted my daughter cheese cake and chocolate and drew a picture of my daughter with a personal note because she also wasnt there on our last day. She meant a lot to my daughter and I appreciate Petarr for being so generous and sweet. Peter and the rest of the staff were so good to us. I would definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel IKON Phuket. The room was clean, serviced daily, and had a beautiful view of the mountains and part of the sea. The staff were very friendly, and the free hourly shuttle to Karon Beach was very convenient. Breakfast was fresh and varied, with eggs cooked to order, hot dishes, fruits, and desserts. We especially loved the Thai steamed buns and the omelette. We also appreciated how hygienic everything was—the chefs wore gloves and the food was covered. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would happily come back again! 😊

This hotel consists of three separate buildings, which makes moving around slightly inconvenient. However, the trade-off is that it is very quiet and peaceful. The room condition was spotless (or clean and well-maintained), and all the staff members were friendly and constantly smiling. Due to the frequent rain, I didn't get a chance to use the swimming pool. There are many local restaurants and a good massage shop nearby. A shuttle service to the beach was provided, and the process of briefly storing our luggage at the lobby was quick and easy. The buffet was also very satisfying.

We had a great stay, staff are always willing to help and I must say our room was very clean and breakfast was great. We had lunch and room service on few occasions and it was beyond our expectations, amazing!

Booked for 1 day trip to Karon, booking made based on pictures & reviews no way was this a 9 rating pics makes it look way better than it actually is. Staff are welcoming and helpful.

really loved this hotel! the staff were kind, the rooms were stunning, so clean and aesthetic and stocked with water everyday. the bathrooms were big and so clean. the sustainability aspects also were very cool. although a little far out from the beach the shuttle was super useful
