This hotel if a bit dated fulfills everything I needed on my arrival to Hoa Hin. Short walk to the train station. Decent if basic breakfast TV Safe And small pool on the roof. Staff were courteous Great stay 😎

Good location, friendly staff. The room was big with a spacious balcony. The hotel was well appointed with good air con ,comfy bed and clothes washing available. Overall the facilities were better than average and excellent value for money. The surroundings were quiet apart from the nearby girly bar soi 80. However I couldn't hear the music from my room. Lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The breakfast however was extremely disappointing with bland, cold offerings and weak coffee. Much better to cross the soi out front and get excellent local fare for way less than the hotel was charging

I would not recommend this place too anyone one it’s next to a building site old bed sheets dated showers & bathroom . Management are nowhere to be seen staffs attitude not good as none can speak English if I were you Expedia are remove them off ur list . The hotel is surrounded by massive building works on 2 sides. Lots of noise. WiFi was poor and didn’t work for 12 hours. The rooftop pool was drained and in a poor state and the whole hotel felt very run down. It is the first bad hotel I have booked through Expedia. Very disappointed and warnings should be given to anyone looking to stay here.

Hotel is located five minutes walk from the railway station although a little difficult to find as it is located in a small side street.. Walking distance to the beach, night market and the main areas of Hua Hin. The hotel has seen better days and management is trying to keep costs down. Even charges 20 baht for a coffee/tea pack which is in your room. Towels and linen are well worn and bathroom items low cost. Breakfast OK and staff helpful. Rooms are large. If you want a reasonably priced hotel in a good location and are only staying two or three days then the hotel would be suitable. .

The hotel is getting a little old. The hot water for the shower is not very hot. Had a good reception from staff on arrival and cleaning staff friendly.The staff at reception do not take any interest in my comings and goings, but are helpful if I approach them. Breakfast just about adequate. The hotel is approached down an ally about 50 metres and is lit at night. But I would night care to walk further down the alley at night. I would not feel safe.Room is large and reasonably comfortable with a balcony. Small pool on the roof. Not bad value for the price.

Staff was friendly and accommodating and the room was large, clean, and spacious with a great balcony and view. My only complaint was the condition of the bathroom. The water heater was hard to use and didn't work well, and the in-wall hair dryer didn't work at all. A few upgrades to the bathroom and this place would be good to go!

the location is a bit remoted as along the streets, might not have lit lamps and would be dangerous as it is an one way lane. We are locked outside our room after returning from our day activities. One of the room service staff helped us to open the room and informed that the lock is spoilt and will repair tomorrow. We did not think much as we only staying for a night. Upon checking out, the counter staff wanted to charge us for coffee last night (which we did not even ordered). Breakfast provided by the hotel, is limited and each person can only request for 2 eggs!! Overall, not a hotel I will return to...
