The 2 managers in the frontless made this stay terrible, if not for the quick reaction of Miss Layla (their boss) I would have checked out and found another hotel.
Would like to praise the breakfast staff specially Mr Bhatia and Mr Jack for their professionalism and super service.
The hotel is generally nice, just 2 people made the experience go from 5 star to only 2 stars

Perfect! BUT there has to be done something about the elevators. Wait many minutes to go up or down is not acceptable. We noticed that people was frustrated about this and was we also.
BUT besides of this everything was perfect. How can you find this charming, helpful an politel staff! Impressing!
