I loved this hotel. The room was very nice and the staff was awesome. The shuttle every 30 minutes to the Emsphere mall and back was very convenient. Breakfast was also great.

Pillows were too hard not flexible. Air con air flow did not reach the side of the bad nearest the aircon vent. Had a massaman curry in the hotel Bistro M restaurant and I asked for spicy, it was the blandest thai curry I have ever had.

Great clean apartments with fast internet. Breakfast was always the same menu not that good. Location was dangerous traffic with bad sidewalks to walk to skytrain and shuttle service only runs very 30min.
