Good service staff Always smiling every time I see each other. The room is good, in the river view room, has a good atmosphere, clean room, clean bathroom, music coming from the restaurant next door. Located in Chang Khlan town, convenient transportation, all amenities are available. Breakfast is good and varied; we stayed two nights and the meals were different each night. There's no breakfast during lunch or dinner, but you can walk to nearby restaurants. The minibar in the room is all-you-can-eat (chargeable). The room and all amenities are clean. The staff are friendly. At night, the sounds of frogs and crickets are very natural. EV charging station (Pea Volta) is 7 minutes away from the hotel.

There is no tolerance, no sense of humanity. I do not like this hotel. I have booked and paid for 5 rooms 3 nights at this hotel for this February trip. But we decided to cancel the trip as a result of the corona virus outbreak in Thailand. We are forced to do this. In such a situation the hotel chooses to maintain its money rather than prioritizing customer safety. They refused to provide a refund policy in this matter. Hotels like this want how good is also not suitable to be occupied.

Dear Surjon, We are truly sorry. We are part of a hotel group with 15 hotel all over Thailand. We have a clear guideline on refund and in this case we can not do anything. But we have offered to extend the check-in date to a later date and we are very happy to do that for you. There are only few bookings that decided not to come and extend the date to within 6 months. We have no refund neither no-show on our bookings. All the guests who are not confident in the Corona situation all change their check-in dates already.
